A warning letter is a warning given by a person or company to another person or company because that person or company has been negligent or defaulted in carrying out its obligations. Warning Letter are generally issued before a legal case is brought to court.
Basically, creditors can make warning letter directly to their debtors, but quite a few warning letter made by creditors do not get a positive response from their debtors. However, in giving a warning letter, the creditor can authorize a lawyer to make a warning letter and give the warning letter to the debtor, this is because a warning letter made by a lawyer has a stronger force of pressure compared to a warning letter that is not made by a lawyer.
